Most items are carried in stock and ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Rings that need to be re-sized ship in 3-5 business days. Items not in stock ship in 7-10 business days. All shipments are via UPS and cannot be shipped to a post office box.
Return policy:
Our manufacturer, South Dakota Gold Company, honors the traditions of the Black Hills Gold Jewelry industry, producing Authentic Black Hills Gold Jewelry with hundreds of items of the finest quality and detail. Each piece is warranted against defects in workmanship and manufacturing for the life of the product (gem stones, gold plated, and gold filled items are excluded.) South Dakota Gold Company reserves the right to examine jewelry to determine cause of damage, and has the option of repairing or replacing jewelry that is found to be defective. Obvious abuse and prolonged normal wear are not covered by the warranty. Any modification of Authentic Black Hills Gold Jewelry designs voids all warranties. All complimentary additions to our product are excluded from the warranty (i.e. chains, earring backs, etc...).

Product availability and pricing:
We have made every attempt to eliminate the possibility that an item displayed for sale is no longer available. However, because our inventory does change occasionally, product availability and pricing might change before we have an opportunity to update our web site.
While every attempt is made to enter all information accurately, we reserve the right to refuse an order for any item that has been priced incorrectly.
My Rings and Things accepts no responsibility for shipping errors related to incorrect shipping addresses provided to us by the buyer. If your package is returned to our office due to insufficient address, undeliverable, or the party has moved and did not leave a forwarding address, we will contact you with the e-mail address you provided or the phone number that you have provided. If you do not respond to our e-mails or call us within 30 days, the items will go back into our inventory and there will be no refund.
