What is your return policy?
We take pride in the quality and value of everything we offer. Our guarantee is for 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Family jewelry is not returnable as it is a custom created item.
If you are returning an item because the size shipped was not the size ordered, we will gladly accept returns for an exchange for the size you need up to 10 days from the date the package was shipped. Please send an e-mail immediately to let us know you would like to return an item.
PLEASE NOTE: Used merchandise will not be accepted.
If requesting a refund due to the product's workmanship, please send an e-mail to inform us of the specific problem. We will gladly exchange for another item comparable in price to the item being returned or a refund of the item’s cost. Shipping is not refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is the result of an error on our part. (i.e. we sent the wrong item or wrong size.) When returning the item to us, do not mark on the outside of the package any words such as gemstone, jewelry, or other words that would entice theft. The applicable refund will be charged back to the original method of purchase. We are not responsible for returned items lost in shipment so always ship with a tracking number.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal™, Discover™, VISA™ or MasterCard™ .
We do accept personal checks and cashiers checks but these orders will not be shipped for 10 days pending verification of the funds. There will be a $30 charge for returned checks.
We no longer accept money orders for payment. We have experienced too many fraudulent orders that use this payment option.

How long does it take to process an order?
That depends on the item. Most items are carried in stock and ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. For items that need to be re-sized, stones set, or casting, shipping will be within 7-10 days of receiving your order.

What is Sterling Silver?
Pure silver, like pure gold, is much too soft to create jewelry. Sterling silver, otherwise known as .925 silver is an alloy of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. The other alloys included in sterling silver are used to provide strength.

Are half sizes available?
Yes. If the half size you require is not listed please order the ring in the whole size and indicate in the comments section of the order the half size you need. I.e. if you need a ladies ring in a 8 ½, order an 8 and indicate that you need an 8 ½.

Are chains included with your pendants?
Yes. A complimentary 14K gold-filled chain will be shipped with each gold pendant. A complimentary sterling silver chain will be shipped with each silver pendant. (18” for ladies, 20” for gents)

Can I print out my order and mail it in with a check?
Yes, you can mail in your order with a personal check or a cashiers check. Please remember that we do not accept money orders. Make checks payable to: Bear Country Collections. (NEVER send CASH through the mail!)

Our product availability and pricing:
We have made every attempt to eliminate the possibility that an item displayed for sale is no longer available. However, because our inventory is changes occasionally, product availability and pricing might change before we have an opportunity to update our web site. A full refund will be issued if item that is ordered is no longer available.
My Rings And Things accepts no responsibility for shipping errors related to incorrect shipping addresses provided to us by the buyer. If your package is returned to our office due to insufficient address, undeliverable, or the party has moved and did not leave a forwarding address, we will contact you with the e-mail address you provided or the phone number that you have provided. If you do not respond to our e-mails or call us within 30 days, the items will go back into our inventory and there will be no refund.
